The regional museum presents local history, archaeology and traditional crafts. Its resources cover the Mili archaeological area and the old town of Visoki. These are separate sites, not exhibits all located within one museum building. [1][2]
Our suggested visit
We suggest a morning at the museum and in the centre, followed by one outdoor site if time and conditions allow. Ask which collections are currently accessible and which materials explain Mili. This creates a clearer visit than moving between places selected only for photographs.
Access and pace
At archaeological sites, confirm permitted access, stay outside protected areas and leave remains untouched. A route to higher ground is not automatically a suitable family stroll. Keep an indoor alternative when weather or ground conditions are unsuitable for the outdoor part.
